Which PACS systems does NetworkOverIT deploy?
NetworkOverIT deploys DCM4CHEE (enterprise open-source PACS), Orthanc (lightweight PACS) and OHIF Viewer for web-based image viewing. All systems support the full DICOM standard and HL7 integration.
How much does a hospital PACS installation cost?
Cost depends on the number of workstations, imaging volume and HL7 integration needs. We use open-source platforms (DCM4CHEE/Orthanc) that significantly reduce licensing cost compared with commercial PACS.
Can the PACS be integrated with the hospital HIS?
Yes. NetworkOverIT implements HL7 integration between PACS and Hospital Information Systems (HIS). We support HL7 v2.x and FHIR for exchanging patient data and laboratory results.
